Lohmann’s DuploFLEX® range has double-sided flexible PE reinforcement, unlike conventional foam mounting tapes with laminated PET film. The results are no uncontrolled dot gain and excellent print quality even at high press speeds.
For The Most Demanding Print Jobs
The DuploFLEX® 3, 4 and 5 ranges offer varying foam qualities, hardnesses and adhesive formulations, ensuring excellent results in the entire 0.38mm to 0.55mm ranges. All DuploFLEX® packaging is 100% recyclable and is colour coded for easy recognition.
- The DuploFLEX® 3 range is suitable for: Process work, fine lines and halftones; Solids, lines and large fonts.
- The DuploFLEX® 4 range is suitable for: Highlights, delicate process printing and very fine lines; Combination of solids, line work and screens; Solids, lines and large fonts.
- The DuploFLEX® 5 range is suitable for: Fine process work, highlights, very fine lines; Process work, brilliant halftones, fine lines; Halftones and lines, a combination of solids, line work and screen; Solids, lines, large print.
For The Most Challenging Conditions
The New DuploFLEX® 5EB range offers a new adhesive formulation for very challenging conditions. DuploFLEX® 5EB performs consistently with temperature and humidity variations, and provides greater stability against solvents. The range offers the same features as DuploFLEX® 5 and is available in all common foam hardnesses from soft to firm.
Another new product, DuploFLEX® HP 5 is a high performance polymer foam, with a high level of uniformity and small cell structure. DuploFLEX® HP 5 offers excellent stability and ensures original shape resilience, whilst effectively counteracting machine vibrations. Again, the range offers the same features as DuploFLEX® 5 and is available in all common foam hardnesses from soft to firm.
