As part of a major investment programme, TRM Packaging in Lancashire have installed a large format (3 meter) Ultrasonic Anilox cleaning system from Print-Tech Solutions.
The investment has been made to accommodate the High Quality Post Print work that TRM are producing with their new state of the art Gopfert Evolution printer.Whilst the company are pushing the boundaries of Post Printed Flexo to new levels with the new press, they also have various sized presses to produce a range of printed packaging solutions. In light of this Print-Tech Solutions were asked to design a system that would accommodate the full range of Anilox rollers across the site.With DuoTech frequency options to clean the high screen HQPP Anilox rollers, SureDrive roller rotation and RapidHeat tank design, the system will give ultimate cleaning capabilities for TRM across their range of Anilox rollers for many years to come.
