We’d like to take this opportunity to let our customers know where Print Tech Solutions stands amid current concerns around Corona virus and what measures we’ve introduced to deal with the situation.
We would like to reassure our customers that we are taking potential disruption to the industry very seriously. We are forward planning to address concerns about stock levels, continuity of supply and potential transport disruptions as have been seen recently in other countries.
We have introduced extensive measures to increase stock levels for our main products, primarily smart® AQUASOL, as we appreciate the important part that it plays in your manufacturing process.
We are asking that customers work with us to agree a plan, and would recommend that customers increase their own stock levels in conjunction with the measures we are taking to ensure existing supply and extra provision for manufacturing/storage of products.
We are reviewing our position daily and will be taking all necessary precautions to ensure the well being of our staff, their families and our customers, and to minimise disruption to business where possible. Whilst we realise that many sites are on lock down, we are still in a position to offer our usual service and support via phone calls or Skype where face to face meetings are not feasible.
