Using sophisticated diagnostic digital systems, we meticulously inspect your anilox rollers and their intricate cells to accurately monitor and diagnose their condition and performance.

Regular inspection and monitoring of your anilox rolls and cell condition are crucial for identifying potential root causes of print quality issues. This proactive approach helps prevent print deterioration, minimising rejects, pro-longs the life of valuable anilox rolls and reduces costly production downtime.

Unlike other flexographic print processes, due to the size of the anilox rolls in corrugated board printing, removing them to undertake cleaning or an anilox audit is not a feasible option. For this reason, we offer our on-site anilox assessment and scheduled audits of your anilox rolls, on press to suit your production rotation schedule.

Our trained and experienced technician will review the condition of your anilox cells and provide a full diagnostic of their condition. Any issues that will result in deterioration of print will be discussed and reported to you, with the appropriate action recommended to resolve any issues.

Our comprehensive written anilox audit report assists your in-house quality procedures, by providing a record of anilox cell condition and best practice maintenance and actions. Our current standard day rate for an anilox audit is £1450. This is subject to number of anilox rolls to be audited. Discount is provided to customers in a current supply agreement.

We recommend a full anilox audit at least every 12 months, with regular quarterly site assessments.
